As you may already be aware, there has been a disruption to our IT systems over the past few days, resulting in a delay in production start-up after our summer shutdown.

As of today, July 12th, all operational facilities in North America have resumed production. However, not all systems are fully restored, which may cause some minor shipping delays. Dedicated teams across the group are working hard to ensure AKG returns to normal operations promptly and to minimize possible delays.
Other departments are also affected by the IT disruption. Consequently, our email and office phone systems are not operational at this time. Our mobile phones are unaffected, so the best way to reach AKG for any reason is through your existing contacts and their mobile numbers.
Temporary email addresses will be created in the coming days, and your Customer Service and Sales contacts will reach out to you through these so that normal business and correspondence can resume.

We apologize for any inconvenience this interruption may cause and greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this challenging situation.

There has been a disruptive intervention in the IT system of AKG. We are working at full speed to restore operations as quickly as possible in order to minimize the disruption to our employees and business partners and to ensure the security of our IT systems.
